From the 25th to 28th August 2022, senior executives, Darren Breen and Elliot Stackhouse, from iMEDicare Pelvic Health Naturally will embark on a major challenge that may be unique in history:

The Four Peaks Ridge Routes: encompassing the tallest mountains in Scotland (Ben Nevis), England (Scafell Pike), Wales (Snowdon) and Ireland (Corran Tuathail) via lengthy and pre-carious circular ridge routes in aid of awareness of Men’s Bladder Health.

https://www.mypelvichealth.co.uk/en/news/ Details of the Challenge: 25th August: Ascend Ben Nevis (1345) via the infamous ledge route on the North Face and descend via the CMD (Cearn Mhor Dhearg) arrete (18km and 8-10 hours) 26th August: Ascend Scafell Pike (978m) then traverse to the top of Symonds Knot via the pre-carious Broad Stand, to Scafell and descend via the West Wall Traverse and exciting Lord’s Rake. (8 km, 5 to 6 hours) 27th August: Ascend Snowdon (1085m) via the treacherous Crib Goch and Y Lliwedd – Horseshoe Route (11km 7 to 9 hours) 28th August: Ascend Corran Tuathail (1038.9m) via the Coomloughra Horseshoe. Also Includes Binn Chaorach and Cnoc Toinne, 2nd and 3rd highest mountain in Ireland respectively. (12KM 6-8 hours) Thanking you kindly in anticipation of your support 😊
