Anatomically adaptive small adhesion diaphragm (green) made of soft latex: Adapts to the shape and size of the glans in a physiologically flexible manner and transmits the pulling force to the penis. May improve the wearing comfort compared to the medium standard diaphragm (yellow) for smaller glans sizes. Not suitable for being used in connection with inserted split adapters. 

PeniMaster® is a professional physiologic tissue expander that can be used to softly stretch the penis for several hours a day. This passive training can increase the capacity of the cavernous bodies and, thus, the sexual stamina and stimulate the formation of new cell tissue in the penis. On the basis of the aforementioned, the penis will become longer, thicker, and straighter permanently, mostly in limp and erected condition. In the event of short-term usage, the penis will be stretched to its maximum natural length temporarily - advantageous, e.g. before having a sauna.
